ENSA Clothing Ltd. is a global apparel sourcing agent in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Established in 2015 by a team of well experienced garment professionals, the company is well entrenched in providing clients with the highest quality garments accompanied by on-time delivery across all product categories.

ENSA Clothing has strongly established its repute through a robust sourcing network in the production of a variety of garments — knit, woven and sweaters — with a specialised division dedicated to handicraft items. We guarantee delivery of a wide range of apparel products within an extremely reasonable timeframe while strictly maintaining quality requirements and specifications.

Our team of highly skilled merchandisers and quality controllers are committed to ensuring maximum client satisfaction. Our partner factories are fully compliant with Accord, Alliance, ISO 9001, WRAP, BSCI, OCS and Oeko-Tex certificates, serving renowned importers from Poland, France, Italy, Germany and beyond with a current annual turnover of approximately US$18M.

2015
ENSA Clothing Ltd. Founded

Established in Dhaka by experienced garment professionals. Initial focus on knit and woven garments for European buyers, starting with Poland and Germany.

2016 – 2017
Expanded to Sweaters & Handicraft

Launched dedicated sweater and handicraft divisions. Secured first major contracts with French and Italian fashion importers, growing the client base to 50+.

2018 – 2019
ISO 9001 & BSCI Certification

Partner factories achieved full ISO 9001, BSCI, and WRAP compliance. Turnover crossed US$8M. Team expanded to 25+ skilled merchandisers and quality controllers.

2020 – 2021
Activewear & Lingerie Divisions

Diversified into activewear and lingerie/nightwear categories. Achieved Oeko-Tex and OCS certifications. Maintained 90%+ delivery rate through pandemic challenges.

2022 – 2023
$18M Turnover Milestone

Reached US$18M annual turnover. Expanded to 7 countries. Completed 1,000th project. Introduced in-house product development lab with seasonal trend forecasting.

2024 – Present
Continuing to Grow

350+ active clients, 15 running projects, and expanding into new markets. Continued investment in digital quality management and sustainable sourcing practices.

Mr. Enamul Kabir

This mantra has guided every decision across my 30-year career in the RMG industry — from implementing out-of-the-box sourcing strategies to building ENSA into a globally trusted apparel partner. Our buyers' interests are always at the centre of everything we do.

An industry maven with a career spanning 30 years, Mr. Enamul Kabir is the Managing Director and driving force behind ENSA Clothing Ltd. Born in Bangladesh, he earned his reputation as a business leader in the ready-made garment (RMG) industry — a career that began in 1995 with a desire to make his mark. He is credited for implementing many out-of-the-box strategies and techniques to source the best fabrics and have them produced at the best possible production units at competitive prices.

With his vast knowledge in textiles and RMG, Mr. Kabir set up his own business in 2006. Through the patronage of many foreign buyers, his reputation gained further recognition. Constantly in pursuit of finding the most innovative ways to best serve his buyers' interests, he lives by his mantra: "maximum output through minimum efforts". In 2015 he founded ENSA Clothing Ltd., channelling three decades of expertise into building Bangladesh's most trusted sourcing agency.

Kalorisa Haque Loris
Director

Kalorisa began her career in the Laboratory and Quality department, bringing a rigorous scientific approach to garment quality assurance. A BSc Engineer from the Department of Textile, her story begins in a small northern town in Bangladesh — where her early immersion in the world of textiles laid the foundation for a distinguished career in quality and compliance.

Khatun E Jannat
Director

Khatun E Jannat brings a unique perspective rooted in a psychological background. Her story begins in Dhaka, the capital city of Bangladesh, where she completed her secondary and higher secondary studies before going on to achieve her MSc — applying her understanding of human behaviour to leadership and client relationship management at ENSA.
